  • 1 cup green beans (tips trimmed)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ tbsp almonds (slivered or sliced)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • In a pan, saute the green beans in broth until tender-crisp. Add the almonds and stir. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
