Ingredients
- 3 tbsp bread (cubed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for bread)
- 2 ½ tbsp tomatoes (grape, halved)
- 2 ½ tbsp cucumber (diced)
- 4 tsp red onion (diced)
- â…™ clove garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ tsp balsamic
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 4 tsp basil (fresh, chopped)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add in your salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and cubed bread. Stir and cook until the bread is lightly browned. Set aside.
- In a salad bowl, add cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, balsamic, a splash of olive oil, and basil.
- Mix the warm croutons into the rest of the salad right before serving. Enjoy!
