Pear, Ginger, Jalapeño Chutney

This chutney is delicious alongside fish, on a sandwich, with pork or chicken, or even with some crackers on a cheese platter!

Ingredients 

  • ¼ jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • ¾ tsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 ½ tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ pear (diced)

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients in a pot, cover, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the pears are very soft.
  • Let sauce cool and then plate and serve!
