Ingredients 

  • 2 dried apricots (make sure they don’t have added sugar or sulfur dioxide)
  • 2 tsp nut butter (any type, no added sugar, organic preferred)

Instructions 

  • Take a butter knife and spread some peanut butter over an apricot. Great for some quick energy and to help satisfy your hunger in a pinch!
