Ingredients
- 1 corn tortilla (organic preferable)
- 2 oz ground beef (grass-fed organic beef or buffalo is best)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ red pepper (sliced)
- ¼ cup lettuce (shredded)
- ½ tomato (diced)
- 2 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Put beef in a pan and cook over medium heat. While cooking, break up the meat into small pieces.
- When meat turns brown add chili powder and cumin, peppers, and onions.
- Stir, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add meat, peppers, and onion to tortilla and top with lettuce, salsa, and yogurt.
