Who doesn't love a yummy beef taco?

Ingredients 

  • 1 corn tortilla (organic preferable)
  • 2 oz ground beef (grass-fed organic beef or buffalo is best)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ red pepper (sliced)
  • ¼ cup lettuce (shredded)
  • ½ tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Instructions 

  • Put beef in a pan and cook over medium heat. While cooking, break up the meat into small pieces.
  • When meat turns brown add chili powder and cumin, peppers, and onions.
  • Stir, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add meat, peppers, and onion to tortilla and top with lettuce, salsa, and yogurt.
