Ingredients
- ½ cup salsa chicken (from FW recipe)
- ½ cup white beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp green chilis (drained and diced)
- ¼ onion (chopped)
- ¾ tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup green salsa
- ½ cup vegetable broth (can substitute chicken broth)
- ⅜ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a pot, cover, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!

Optional Toppings: Avocado, Tortilla Chips, Jalapeños, Sour Cream, Fresh Cilantro

I’m making this recipe today (yay! snow in Colorado!). From the recipe picture it appears that the soup should have corn, but none is listed in the recipe itself. I’m going to add it because it looks good in the picture 🙂
Corn is a great option and I am sure added a sweet crunch!
