In addition to today’s workout, consider a partner or group activity. You might invite a friend or family member to go on a walk or do one of the workout videos with you. If you do get a workout buddy for today, give encouragement and motivation to them throughout. If you’re working out solo, use this time to reflect on the importance of building relationships that help you grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
