Nutrition Tip

Think outside the box when it comes to breakfast. Cereal, frozen waffles... these are often go-to foods for breakfast but are not the healthiest choice. I often take my leftover vegetables from dinner the night before and put them in a pan with an egg and scramble them all together. Breakfast is an important part of your day and can really set the course for the rest of your day. If you exercise in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast, you are setting yourself up for a day full of healthier choices.
