Nutrition Tip

Use smaller glasses and plates – you will feel like you are eating more and will help you to avoid overeating. I found this to be true for me when it comes to wine glasses. Some of them are so big and you think I've only had 1 glass of wine but in reality you had 2 because the glass is so big. I often use a very small glass which keeps me from drinking more than I want.
