Nutrition Tip

So manu people struggle to make time to cook healthy meals. I get this because life can be busy. The thing is, you really are what you eat so it's so important that you fuel your body with what it needs to function best. What I do so often is I cook once and then make several quick meals for what I cooked. For example, if I make chicken, quinoa, broccoli and a salad for dinner I will make extra. For breakfast I will use the broccoli and quinoa and mix in an egg and scramble it. For lunch I will have a salad with chicken on it. For dinner I will make chicken fajitas. It saves so much time to meal plan like this.
