Nutrition Tip

Pay attention to the amount of added sugar you are eating. Read the food labels so you become aware of the items that are high in sugar. 4 grams of sugar = 1 tsp. I would love for you to work your way down to eating no more than 24 grams (6 tsps.) of added sugar each day. If you realize you are eating way more than 24 grams don't worry, the recipes included in our program are loaded with flavor but include minimal sugar. You really can enjoy food without added sugars!
