In this video I shared my “Why” for doing this challenge. I’d like you to write down your “Why”. Why do you want to cut back on sugar? Why did you sign up for this challenge? When you come up with your answer ask yourself “Why” again and again until you really get to your deepest reason. Your WHY is HUGE so it’s important that you know what is motivating you to do this.

These Granola Bites are perfect when you want something sweet and filling. I make a big batch and then freeze them so I can pull out just a few at a time.
