**Recipe Makeover: Frappuccino
**Suggested Workouts
Inspirational Tip
There’s no bigger motivator than God Himself. Let God be the one to inspire you. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.”
Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us where our motivation should come from, and that’s from the Lord.
Challenge
Today, I talked about not turning to sugar for comfort or joy. Turning to God is the way to go if you want joy! Sugar is a short-term “high” but lasting comfort comes from God.
My challenge is really 2 parts today. One is to think about your “Wanter” – ask God to help you want Him more when you look for comfort. When you change your “wanter” it makes it easier to seek good health long term. You’ll find it easier and easier to get off that sugar.
Your second challenge today is to consume no more than 24 grams or 6 teaspoons of sugar. But look out for artificial sweeteners that we talked about on Day 3.
Recipe Makeover
Blended coffee drinks are super popular right now, but do you know how much sugar is in them?
A Grande Mocha Frappuccino contains 51 grams of added sugar! Check out my makeover recipe below – it’s delicious!
