Workout Wednesday: The Core

I love this core routine.  It is advanced so take it at your own pace. If you don't have a mini ball put a pillow in the small of your back. 

A strong core makes such a difference. Did you know:

     Back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide

     One-half of working Americans have back pain each year

     American's spend about $50 billion each year on back pain

Most back pain is avoidable and is actually caused by:

     Lack of exercise

     Poor posture

     Unhealthy weight

     Smoking

     Leading a Sedentary Lifestyle
