Workout Wednesday: What’s Really Keeping You From Exercising?

So often, when we want to get fit, we search for the latest and greatest exercise  craze. Safe, effective, fun exercises are important, but if you don't have your thoughts in the right place and you don't do the exercises, you won't get fit. I want to take a minute and challenge you to dig deep into what's really keeping your from exercising consistently. 

Romans 12:2 tells us that lasting change starts with our thoughts.
