Workout Wednesday: Who Wants To Play Cards?

After a quick warm-up we begin the card game. Each time I flip over a card we have to do a new exercise! 

You can do your own version. Choose 4 exercises. Assign an exercise to each suit. For this workout we did

Diamonds: V sit-ups (or basic crunches)

Spades: Jump Squats (or reg. squats)

Hearts: Jumping Jacks

Clubs: Push-ups
