Workout Wednesday: Why I Stretch

There are many physical benefits to stretching but here's really the #1 reason I stretch. 

I love to sit with God as I finish up my workout. 

When I stretch I feel so good from my workout and I am in such a great place emotionally that I feel I can really hear from God more clearly. I am also in a place of gratitude. I am thankful that I have the strength, energy and motivation to workout. 

No matter how tempting it is to cut your workout short, make time to stretch at the end so you can thank God for all He has done!!
