PE / Health Curriculum & Workout Videos
A complete health and exercise curriculum specifically designed for pre-teens and teenagers alike.
Some of you have been home schooling for years, while others are new to this because of all that is going on in our world right now. Either way, I am so glad you have decided to use our Faithful Workout’s Youth program. In 1 Timothy 4:8 we are told that, “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” This program includes resources to get your children stronger physically and spiritually.
I am a mother of three, and if you are like me, there is nothing more important than their physical and spiritual health. When your children use these resources, the hope is that:
- They will know to effectively exercise and the truth about nutrition.
- They will know Jesus better.
- They will be excited to tell others about Jesus.
If you aren’t looking for a complete curriculum at this time, you can use the workout videos by themselves. They are a great way to get your kids up and moving!

A Note to Students
I’m excited to take you through this only PE/Health Curriculum! I have been in the fitness industry for 35 years (long time isn’t it!) I love helping people get stronger physically & spiritually.
I have three children and I am so thankful that they all exercise, eat healthy and love Jesus. That is what I want for you to! If you aren’t looking for a complete curriculum at this time, you can use the workout videos by themselves. They are a great way to get your kids up and moving! You will read a Biblical message and learn how you can apply that message to your life. You will answer questions that will require you to go deeply into God’s Word. You will journal your thoughts so that you can hear from God more clearly.
If you want to get healthy, one of the first things you need to do is exercise. This program will teach you the do’s and don’ts of exercise. You will also take monthly fitness tests and do weekly workout videos.
Nutritional guidance is included in your weekly readings. You will learn how to properly fuel your body. There aren’t any fad diets included in the program. Our starting principle is that God created you, and God created food, so eat what God created in its most natural state. Faithful Workouts simplifies the complex issue of nutrition into an easy-to-understand plan.
