Faithful Workouts (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and creating a safe and secure online environment for anyone who visits and purchases on our website located at www.faithfulworkouts.com (the “Site”) and through our social media platform (the “Platform”). A visitor or end user of our Services shall be referred to as “you”, “your(s)” or “yourself”.

Faithful Workouts limits access to personal information about you to those employees whom we determine need access to that information to provide products or services to you. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Faithful Workouts will not be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with the Privacy Policy because of a security breach or technical malfunction.

How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the Personal Data we collect to provide you with the products and services you purchase or use from our Site and Platform, and to build features that will make the Site easier to use. This includes faster purchase requests, better customer support and timely notice of new and special offers.
From time to time, Faithful Workouts may contact you to request feedback on your experience using the Site, to assist us in improving the Site, or to offer special savings or promotions to you, as a Site user. Faithful Workout’s Agents
Many of the operations we perform require us to hire other 3rd party companies to help us with these tasks. For example, Faithful Workouts hires/contracts companies to help us handle mail and email (including sending and delivering packages, postal mail and email), analyze the data we collect, market our products and services, handle credit card transactions and provide customer service. The companies we employ to help us with these tasks have access to Personal Data to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. Also, Faithful Workouts requires all agents to whom Personal Data is disclosed to enter into confidentiality agreements to protect your Personal Data.

External Service Providers
When you use Faithful Workouts to take advantage of any of our products and services, we may provide Personal Data to the airline, travel agency or other involved third-party. Faithful Workouts may provide data to partner third parties with regard to special offers relating to the subject matter of the items purchased.

Email
If you chose to opt in to receive promotional or information emails from Faithful Workouts, we will occasionally send advertisements, marketing material or other offers on behalf of other businesses that we think might be of interest to you. This material is sent by Faithful Workouts, and we do not give the other businesses your name or address. If you do not want to receive these advertisements, marketing material or other offers, please opt out of these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each email or by emailing us asking to be unsubscribed at support@faithfulworkouts.com.

Affiliate/Partner Program
If you choose to use our Affiliate/Partner program to tell someone about our site, we may ask you for the person’s name, email address and phone number. We will automatically send the person the information they requested. Faithful Workouts stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this information and tracking the success of our partner program. This person may contact us at support@faithfulworkouts.com to request that we remove this information from our database or discontinue sending them any future emails or texts.

Compliance with Law and Protection of Faithful Workouts
We reserve the right to release Personal Data in order to comply with the law. We may also release Personal Data to enforce or apply the terms and conditions applicable to our products and services, or protect the rights, property or safety of Faithful Workouts, our users, or others.

Third-Party Integrations: Our Platform allows you to connect with third-party applications and services. We share data with these third parties only as necessary to provide the integrated services, and their use of your data is governed by their privacy policies.

Third-Party Ad Serving
Faithful Workouts also uses a third-party advertising company to serve ads when you visit our site. The company may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to our and other websites, in combination with non-personally identifiable information about your purchases and interests from other online and offline sources, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. For these purposes, we and our third-party advertising company may note some of the pages you visit on our site through the use of pixel tags (also called clear gifs). In the course of serving advertisements to this site, our third-party advertiser may place or recognize a unique cookie on your computer.

Behavioral Tracking and Analytics: We use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to monitor user behavior on our Platform. This data helps us improve our services and provide targeted advertising. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personally Identifiable Information
Faithful Workouts understands that you may want to change or access your Personal Data. SucessTek.net collects email addresses, names, and other personally identifiable information from users who register at faithfulworkouts.com. To change your personally identifiable information, sign in and go to your “My account” page. You may submit requests to change or remove Personal Data by emailing at support@faithfulworkouts.com.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program
Faithful Workouts provides a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to our clients, allowing them to manage contacts and other information. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of the data entered into our CRM program. Specifically:

1. Data Usage Restrictions:
   • Any contacts, information, or data entered into the CRM program by our clients are considered confidential and will not be used for advertising or messaging purposes by Faithful Workouts.
2. Client Responsibilities:
   • Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the data entered into the CRM program. They should ensure that they have appropriate permissions to collect, use, and store any personal information.

   • We do not share or disclose data entered into the CRM program with third parties, except as required to provide the CRM services or as compelled by law.

   • Clients have control over the data they enter into the CRM program. They can access, modify, or delete their data in accordance with our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your Personal Data as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations. You can request account deletion through your account settings, and we will delete your data unless it is needed to comply with legal requirements or protect our rights.

Payments
We may offer paid products and/or services within the Service. For payment processing, we utilize third-party services (e.g., payment processors).

We do not store or collect your payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies. These payment processors comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

“Do Not Track” Signals
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, and therefore, we do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). 

You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Notice to California Residents
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), Faithful Workouts and its affiliates provide the following Policy notice regarding the categories of Personal Data that we have collected or disclosed within the preceding twelve (12) months about California residents who are not employees, independent contractors, owners, directors, officers, job applicants, emergency contacts, or benefits beneficiaries of Faithful Workouts.

The CCPA provides Californians with the following rights:

Requests for Information: You (or your authorized agent) can request a copy of your Personal Data, including how we have collected, used, and shared your Personal Data over the past 12 months (if any). Such discrimination may include denying services, charging different prices or rates for services, providing a different level or quality of services, or suggesting that you will receive a different level or quality of goods or services as a result of exercising your rights.
4. Your Right to Delete Personal Data: You can request that we delete your Personal Data by contacting us. We will honor such requests unless a valid exception applies, such as when the information is necessary to complete a transaction, verify fraud, review a chargeback, fulfill a contract, or detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, among other legal obligations.

Overall, we have collected, may collect, or will collect the following categories of Personal Data from our users, customers, and individuals, as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations and operational business purposes:

• Personal information, as defined in the California customer records law, such as contact information and financial information;
• Identifiers, such as online identifiers, IP address, and name;
• Financial information, such as transaction information and history;

A Special Note about Children
Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use any services on our Site. Faithful Workouts does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
