Instructions
To make sauce, place strawberries in a small saucepan and cook covered until soft and juices are released. Add vanilla and yogurt and stir. Continue heating over low heat until warmed.
Put oil in a pan and heat over medium heat.
In a shallow bowl, mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and orange juice together.
Quickly "soak" bread in egg mixture on both sides and then place into theh hot pan.
Cook both sides until golden brown on each side.
Place french toast on plate and top with strawberry and yogurt sauce.
