Fruit Crisp

Delicious flavor is in no way compromised with this low-sugar version of a yummy fruit crisp!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp blueberries frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • banana sliced
  • 4 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 ½ tbs oats organic
  • 4 tsp pecans or nut of choice, chopped
  • tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 ½ tsp flaxseed
  • tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Combine sliced fruit into a baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, and set aside.
  • Melt coconut oil.
  • Place oats and pecans into a blender and lightly chop.
  • Combine the oats and pecans with the melted coconut oil and add vanilla, syrup, and flaxseeds to the mixture. Mix.
  • Spoon the oat mixture over the berries and bake for 40-45 minutes.
