Tropical Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut milk almond or regular milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup uncooked oats organic is best
  • ¼ cup blueberries pineapple works great too
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ½ tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients (except the shredded coconut)  into a large mason jar and stir well. Place overnight in the fridge. You can eat it cold or you can warm in microwave. Top with shredded coconut. If you like a thinner oatmeal add additional milk.
