Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • cup chicken broth
  • ½ clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup power greens organic is preferred
  • ½ cup chicken cooked and diced
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup cooked penne pasta cook according to package

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, and cook until garlic is just soft.
  • Add the power greens, tomatoes, broth, and chicken. Cook until greens are wilted and tomatoes are just soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over cooked pasta and top with grated parmesan.
