Quick and Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Cookies!

These are a delicious and healthy choice if you have a sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana ripe
  • 1 ½ tsp cacao powder
  • ½ cup rolled oats not steel cut
  • ¼ cup dried coconut unsweetened, shredded
  • cup peanut butter creamy, no sugar added
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • 7 morsels dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mash banana in a bowl.
  • Add cacao powder, oats, dried coconut, and peanut butter to the banana and mix.
  • Once stirred, add melted coconut oil, and mix together well.
  • Grease a cookie sheet (or cover with foil or parchment).
  • Form dough/mixture into about 7 cookies and place a chocolate morsel on top. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool (or don't :D) and enjoy!
