Quick and Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Cookies!
These are a delicious and healthy choice if you have a sweet tooth!

- 1 small banana ripe
- 1 ½ tsp cacao powder
- ½ cup rolled oats not steel cut
- ¼ cup dried coconut unsweetened, shredded
- ⅛ cup peanut butter creamy, no sugar added
- ⅙ cup coconut oil melted
- 7 morsels dark chocolate
Get Recipe Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash banana in a bowl.
Add cacao powder, oats, dried coconut, and peanut butter to the banana and mix.
Once stirred, add melted coconut oil, and mix together well.
Grease a cookie sheet (or cover with foil or parchment).
Form dough/mixture into about 7 cookies and place a chocolate morsel on top. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool (or don't :D) and enjoy!
