Ingredients

  • papaya
  • pineapple
  • avocado
  • 2 ½ tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed is preferred
  • ½ tsp mint leaves fresh, chopped
  • head butter lettuce

Instructions

  • Chop papayas, pineapple, and avocado into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Mix lemon juice and mint leaves together. Pour mixture over fruit and toss lightly. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a papaya half-shell.
