Spicy Corn Soup

- 1 cup corn frozen, thawed and drained
- 1 strip bacon cooked and diced
- ⅕ white onion coarsely chopped
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 cups water
- ⅕ jalapeño pepper large, deseeded and diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp lime juice
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a pot, sauté onion and bacon until onion is translucent. Add cumin and cook for another couple minutes.
Put corn in with onion, add water and jalapeño. Simmer for 20 minutes. Puree on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and lime juice. Enjoy!
