- ¾ tsp lemon juice fresh

- ¼ avocado diced
- 2 tbsp shredded lettuce
- 1 pinch red pepper diced

Sprinkle cumin over salmon steak and bake in a preheated oven 350° for 15 min. or until cooked throughout.
Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon juice, and cilantro.
Place salmon in a warmed tortilla, and top with yogurt sauce, avocado, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
