Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Sauce
This sauce with a kick can be used for almost anything. Get creative!

- 2 roasted red peppers can use jarred
- ⅛ tsp chipotle pepper powder
- 1 clove roasted garlic
- 2 ½ tbsp milk can substitute cashew milk for dairy free
- ¼ tsp fresh rosemary chopped fine
Get Recipe Ingredients
Drain Peppers (if using jarred) and place them and all other ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add rosemary.
Place all ingredients in a pan over medium heat and allow the sauce to come to a simmer.
Turn the heat down to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, or until the mixture has thickened.
Use as a dip or a sauce on most anything.
