- 1 - 4 oz chicken breast cooked (grilled or sautéed are best)
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pesto sauce

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place Cooked chicken breasts in the bottom of a pan.
Pour pesto sauce equally over each breast.
Place 2 tomato slices on each breast and top with 1 slice of fresh mozzarella.
Cover with foil and cook until warmed throughout (approximately 15 minutes).
Remove foil and broil until cheese is melted and bubbling.
