Hoisin Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower small head broken into small florets
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp olive oil can use avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 420°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and oil until well combined.
  • Add cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss well to coat evenly.
  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 30 minutes, or until deep golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from oven and serve warm.
