- 1 head cauliflower small head broken into small florets
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp olive oil can use avocado oil

Preheat the oven to 420°F.
In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and oil until well combined.
Add cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss well to coat evenly.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for about 30 minutes, or until deep golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
