- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- ½ cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 4 cups spinach fresh
- ¾ tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Rinse the spinach leaves and dry in a salad spinner or clean towel.
Add broth to a large pot and cook over medium heat.
When broth is simmering add garlic and cook for 2 min.
Add lemon juice and spinach and stir.
Cover the pot, turn the heat to high and cook for 2 min. U
Uncover and cook for another minute or until all spinach is wilted.
Use tongs to place spinach into a serving bowl.
Drizzle olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
