- ¼ tsp ginger
- ½ garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt dairy-free yogurt optional
- ¾ tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
Get Recipe Ingredients
Put all ingredients in large bowl except the chicken. Mix well.
Add chicken and stir so all chicken is coated with sauce.
Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Heat grill to medium heat. Shake off excess sauce, put chicken on grill, and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side.
