Quick Swiss Breakfast (Muesli)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats use gluten-free oats to make gluten-free
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs raisins
  • 1 tbsp almonds sliced
  • 1 tbsp apricots dried, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ date chopped
  • ½ tbsp cranberries dried

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. 
  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil stovetop. Pour all ingredients into water.
  • Turn heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed, about 7 minutes. 
  • Cover, and set for about 2 minutes before serving.
