- 2 tsp brie cheese
- 1 dollop apricot jam low or no sugar

Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly oil a mini muffin tin and press wonton wrappers into the tin to form a cup.
Add a small chunk of brie cheese and a dollop of apricot spread to each cup.
Cook until the cheese is soft and the wonton is lightly browned. Serve.
