Preheat oven to 350°.
Spritz mini muffin tin with oil.
Press wonton into a muffin tin.
Put in the oven for 5 minutes.
Put half of the spinach, yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, and salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth. Then empty the blender and do the 2nd half of those ingredients.
Pour spinach mixture into wontons and top with mozzarella cheese.
Put in oven and cook until spinach is set and cheese melted.
