- .75 tsp salt
- 1.25 cups cold water
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Put flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl and stir
Add water and olive oil and stir really well
Wet your hands and kneed dough for 10-15 min (don't cut this short)
Put dough into a ball and let sit in bowl for 1 hour
Kneed dough again and it's ready to roll out and use
Enough dough for a large pizza (or 2 medium) - about 8 slices
