Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Pour into the prepared pan and top with nuts, if using.
Bake for 35 minutes, until the center is almost set.
Cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, with yogurt if desired.
