Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Make sure not to over-blend. Let sit for 5 minutes. It should be pretty thick.
Heat up a pan over low to medium heat. Add cooking oil and let it warm up. Pour the desired amount to create pancakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
