- 2 oz crab meat
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp green onion chopped
- 1 ½ tsp parsley chopped
- 3 mushrooms large

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Wash and remove the stem from the mushrooms.
Fill mushrooms with crab mixture.
Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve.
