- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup milk your choice
- ¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place all ingredients into a large container and mix until combined.
Pour into glass containers and cover with lid or plastic wrap.
Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, thin with milk, if desired. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sliced bananas. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
