Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted vegetables your choice
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • ¼ cup milk any kind
  • 1 ½ tsp fresh basil chopped; can substitute parsley or cilantro
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender. Check the thickness of the soup. If you would like it thinner add additional broth.
