- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
- ½ lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 2 cups spinach packed, can substitute power greens
- 1 pinch sea salt

Add olive oil and garlic to a skillet, and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
When garlic begins to brown add lemon juice and spinach.
Cook for 1 minute and then stir. Stir every 30 seconds until leaves are wilted. Add salt. Stir and serve.
