Ingredients

  • ½ cup broccoli chopped
  • ½ cup cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Add oil to skillet and heat over medium/high heat.
  • Add the “rice” and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Add broth, cover, cook additional 5 minutes, and serve.
