Green Salsa Chicken

You can use this chicken with several of our recipes including Mexican Zucchini & Chicken Lasagna and White Bean Chili Verde.

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup green salsa jarred

Instructions

  • Put ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for at least 4 hours. Can cook in a covered put on stovetop over low heat for 40 minutes instead of using the slow cooker.
  • Shred chicken using 2 forks while chicken is hot and return to salsa.

You can use this Shredded chicken for several recipes.  Including Mexican Zucchini & Chicken Lasagna and White Bean Chili Verde.
