Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground beef lean, grass-fed recommended
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup tomatoes crushed, canned
  • 1 ¼ cups vegetables of your choice diced; onion, zucchini, carrots, celery recommended
  • ½ cup dark greens packed; recommend kale and spinach
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp dried tarragon
  • lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • feta chesse optional topping

Instructions

  • Cook beef in a pan. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are soft. I like to serve with crumbled feta on top.
