½ peach large ¾ tsp olive oil can substitute butter ¾ tsp pure maple syrup 2 ¼ tsp Greek yogurt ¾ tsp mascarpone cheese 1 ½ tsp fresh mint leaves chopped

Cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
Brush pieces with olive oil. Place on medium heated grill cut side down and grill for 2 min. on each side.
In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, yogurt, and mascarpone.
