Ingredients

  • ¼ lb ground beef grass-fed preferred
  • lb ground lamb
  • ¼ tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 lettuce leaves
  • cup yogurt
  • cup English cucumber minced
  • 1 ½ tsp green onion chopped
  • tsp red pepper
  • tsp dried dill
  • cup tomatoes diced
  • cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • Turn the grill to high.
  • Mix the beef, lamb, and oregano. Form the meat mixture into a patty.
  • Cook on high for 2 min. and flip. Turn to low and cook to the desired doneness.
  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt, cucumber, onion, and dill to make tzatziki sauce. Place lettuce on the burger and top with tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle tomatoes and feta over yogurt and enjoy!
