Super Salad Dressing

This yummy dressing goes especially well with mixed greens, tomatoes, and salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp olive can substitute avocado oil
  • 2 ½ tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon lime, or orange juice (fresh squeeze)
  • clove garlic
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley packed
  • ½ tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

My parents love Bonefish Grill salads and asked me to try and make their dressing. I think it tastes just like it but not as sweet.
