Ingredients

  • ¼ pound tuna steak sashimi grade; diced into small pieces
  • 1 tsp soy sauce gf options available
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • tsp sesame seeds
  • wasabi to taste

Instructions

  • Rub the wasabi over the tuna and then pour half of the soy sauce over the thawed ahi tuna,
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cover the tuna to create a crust.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a sauté pan on high heat. Gently place the tuna in the pan and sear both sides for about 30 seconds (you can cook if desired).
