Peach Berry Salad

This is a delightful salad full of fun flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach
  • ½ peach sliced
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts your choice
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place spinach equally on plates. Add peach and blueberries.
  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place on top of the fruit.
  • Sprinkle salads with feta and nuts. Drizzle vinegar and oil and add a touch of salt!
